3.5 stars-- Silence Fallen (Mercy Thompson #10) by Patricia Briggs

Woohoo! I finally finished Silence Fallen. And it only took me...3 months. Erms!

I struggled really hard with the first 45% of Silence Fallen and ended up putting it on my temp DNF shelf because it just wasn't working for me earlier this year. It wasn't the book, though. It was me trying to force read it in time for release day when I really wasn't in a mood for PNR/UF. And that always goes poorly.

Two audiobooks coming at ya. One...fabulous. Lordy I love me some Patricia Briggs. And one...cute story but unfortunate audiobook choice. Ergs.

A couple fantastic audiobooks from my last few weeks of walking and cleaning. I enjoyed both of these quite a bit. And my first male narrator! LOVED him. Anywho. On to the reviews!

4 stars-- Fire Touched (Mercy Thompson #9) by Patricia Briggs

Can I just start out with a *big dreamy sigh* because Adam and Mercy? *swoons*

The quick of it is that there's all kinds of troubles between the Fae and, well, pretty much everyone else --hello there's a troll destroying a bridge and eating people! And suddenly the Pack's smack in the middle of it trying to figure out a way to keep their area and people safe and bring some kind of truce with the Fae about while not totally giving in to their demands of turning someone over to them. Pack dissent, new arrivals, a little romance and danger all swirling about in a thrilling little package. Gah! Seriously!
