4 stars-- Kentucky Home (Southern Comfort #1) by Sarah Title

Note: I accidentally deleted 6 months of the blog so this is a repost. All comments on the original posts were unfortunately lost. Sorry!

I've been having fun trying new authors and Sarah Title caught my eye. I'm glad, too. Kentucky Home hit the spot!
The Gist: Mallory needed to escape an abusive husband so her friend Lucas decided to take her home to his family in Kentucky. They'd pretend to be engaged and she could stay safe with his family and regroup. Problem is? Well, she kind of falls for his growly older brother Keith in the mean time. Oops!

4 stars-- True-Blue Cowboy Christmas (Big Sky Cowboys #3) by Nicole Helm

True-Blue Cowboy Christmas had me near tears one moment, bursting out laughing the next--and having to hop on FB to share funny quotes--and simply falling in love with a group of flawed characters that anyone would be lucky to have in their lives.

So the quick of it is Thack's little girl has gone exploring and landed on the neighboring farm at Summer's caravan door. And, well, he's a little overwrought from fear and she's a little past being rational from worry over the little girl and, whew, yeah, that first meet does not *hangs head* go well. But eventually it leads to her working for him and taking care of his little girl. And messy attachments kicking up no matter how hard they both try to resist. Oo!

4 stars-- Maverick (Taggart Brothers #3) by Lisa Bingham

You need to read this series! Period. The end. Go one-click right this second! Bingham is masterful at delivering humor, heart, and seriously swoon-worthy heroes. Go get them. Go get them now! lol

Alright, yall. So, Maverick. Gosh it was fun. It's set at a shooting competition where they dress up in old fashioned clothes, have competitions, charity events, and a tent-city where all sorts of old timey items are sold. How fun! The hero, Bodey, is there for the competition. His heroine? She's working in one of the tent-stores that belongs to his friends. There's just something about the standoffish woman that sparks his curiosity and has him wondering what she's hiding...

Blind Faith (Sin Brothers #3) by Rebecca Zanetti

For Nate Dean, love is a four-letter word. As part of a secret black-ops military unit, he and his brothers were genetically engineered by the government to be ruthless soldiers with an expiration date. They were loyal only to one another . . . until Nate laid eyes on the woman who stole his heart and blew his world apart. Now, years later, his family is still paying the price for his mistake. But as time runs out, there's only one person who can save his family: the very woman Nate swore he'd never trust again.

The moment Audrey Madison spies Nate across a crowded ballroom, she can barely breathe. He's just as undeniably sexy as she remembers, yet there's an edge to him now that's as irresistible as it is dangerous. When he asks for her help, Audrey can't refuse. But she has secrets of her own--secrets that, if Nate ever discovers them, may cost them both their lives . . .

Type: Romantic Suspense

Damn! Zanetti totally rocks some romantic suspense! Blind Faith...heart pounding...jaw dropping...make a girl swoon romance. Basically. It's a must read and bound to keep you up way past your bedtime. And it's so damn worth the missed sleep as Nate and Audrey get a second chance at romance and fight to stay alive.
