The basic gist is that Megan has been set up for her new boss's murder and our dashing hero, Gavin, just happens to be a lawyer and intrigued. And a little knocked back on his ass since it turns out his new client...totally his future mate.

I've been a long time fan of Eve Langlais and her quirky shifters so there was a total squee over seeing a new series. And that it featured a...crocodile shifter! This little exchange just left me smiling. I love when a heroine teases the hero just a little bit...

Eeeeve Langlais is our author for today. I freaking love her shifter books and gave her newest a go this past week and had a good giggle over it. And I totally went with three quotes today. Cus I can. <grins> This was one of those pure silly fun reads with a throw back hero straight out of 80s romance. Kidnapping, hear me roar, you're gonna marry me goodness. He's kind of a bad guy but gah so good!

There’s a song on the Osmond Family Christmas album (my favorite Christmas music ever!) that sings about having an old fashioned Christmas.  I love it and the sentiment behind it, but at the same time, my family is creating new traditions for the holidays, special things we do that are unique to us–and all the more cherished.  But that doesn’t mean we’ve ditched everything our parents did for us growing up. We kept the standard ones of course:

• Christmas tree (artificial to save the forest) with the most awesome (AKA tacky or with your name on them) decorations ever. I’ve got a singing bass, Tim Hortons timbits, Bumble, and even KISS boots, lol.

Full of fun, quirkiness and Christmas spirit as the town gears up for it's Christmas parade--something they go all out for--and finds itself short one Rudolf *flails* And everyone starts eyeing Kyle the Caribou and his mighty fine rack for the job.

OMG Bunny Shifters exist! I'm looking at you Shelly Laurenston. I am looking at you! Because omg Bunny. Shifters. And she's freaking darlin in a perky, bouncy want to tie her down so she'll stop moving around way. I'm reading this series out of order and already loved it but even more after Bunny and the Bear. It's just a make you smile read that's a bit silly, a bit giggleworthy and has one sexy beast of a bear shifting hero. Oh and a dash of mystery and danger thrown in to boot.

Ahhh Langlais and her crazy shifery goodness. The woman is just brilliant and always puts together a fun read that's unexpected and entertaining as hell. They're always a bit quirky, funny and just flat out sexy. And Freakn' Cougar--an older shifter heroine and her two younger shifter heroes definitely entertained as they set out to hunt down a serial killer praying on incarcerated shifters. And, maybe, get a little nekkid fun time squeezed in along the way too.
