4 stars-- Happy Ever After in Christmas (Christmas, Colorado #7) by Debbie Mason

You know how some series just make you sigh in absolute contentment every time you crack one of the books open? That's so Christmas, Colorado for me. Mason always makes me smile and touches my heart in the most unexpected and wonderful ways. And her heroines? Totally kick ass and awesome!

The quick of it is that Jill has had a thing for her brother's best friend for practically ever. And recently she's made a dream board of all the things she wants in life. The house on a lake, becoming sheriff, and finally snagging the man who's had her heart for so many years. She's just gotta get him to snap to it and pay attention to what's right in front of his face. Mmhm!

So. 5 Things about Happy Ever After in Christmas...

4 stars--Kiss Me in Christmas (Christmas, Colorado #6) by Debbie Mason

So. Chloe.

Chloe is the twin sister of the previous heroine, Cat.

And I'm not even gonna lie. When last we met I was totally on board with her getting run over by a Christmas Parade float.

Totally. On. Board.

But dayum! Mason is GOOD! Completely won me over to Chloe. Never thought that would be possible. <stunned and awed>

#CountdownToChristmas-- Snowbound at Christmas (Christmas, Colorado #5) by Debbie Mason

Loved. It. Snowbound at Christmas was an absolute delight! Hot hunky hero, stellar heroine, the magic of Christmas and danger around every corner. The perfect read to snuggle down with on a cold day with a hot cup of chocolate in hand.

The quick of it is that someone is trying to kill Cat's sister Chloe who is an actress. And Cat's determined to find out who's behind all the "accidents" her twin keeps having. Everyone is a suspect. Including the hottie British actor who's suddenly come to town and is now working with her sister. He's hiding some secrets that's for sure but maybe not the one's Cat thinks...

Book Blurb:

Grace Flaherty had given up hope of ever seeing her husband again. After all, it'd been over a year since he went missing in combat. So when he strides through the door of her bakery in downtown Christmas one sunny afternoon, she can hardly believe her eyes. But her happily-ever-after is going to take some effort - because Jack has no memory of his family.

All Jack Flaherty remembers about Christmas is that he couldn't wait to leave town. Now he's a local hero with a wife and son he doesn't know. Even as he struggles to rekindle the romance with his wife, he knows in his heart what he wants: a second chance at love.

Mini Review: The Trouble with Christmas by Debbie Mason & Taken by Storm by Kelli Maine

The Trouble with Christmas (Christmas, Colorado #1) by Debbie Mason

Resort developer Madison Lane is about to lose the one thing she loves most in the world—her job. Dubbed "The Grinch Who Killed Christmas," Madison spoiled a deal that would turn quaint Christmas, Colorado, into a tourist's winter wonderland. Now the citizens want her fired but the company gives her one last chance, sending Madison to the small town to restore the holiday cheer.

For Sheriff Gage McBride, no hotshot executive from New York City is going to destroy the dreams of the people he loves. But one look at this beautiful woman and it's his heart that may be broken. In just a few days, Madison causes more trouble than he's had to deal with all year. He can't decide if she's naughty or nice, but one thing is for certain—Christmas will never be the same again...

Type: Contemporary Romance

5 best reasons for living in Christmas, Co at Christmas time

1) If you love the holidays, there's no better place to live than in Christmas, Colorado.
The town kicks-off their month-long celebration at the end of November.  In an evening procession, carolers lead citizens and visitors down Main Street to the town square for the lighting of a twenty-foot Douglas fir. Every year, as if by magic, snow lightly starts to fall as everyone stands around the tree holding hands singing  "Oh Christmas Tree."
