This song. Yall. The first time it popped up on my Spotify playlist I had a good laugh. After a couple times the damn song hooked me. And then the lyrics. Dayum. About the minute mark I was going whoa whoa whoa did he really just say what I think he said?!! Quite the, erm, promise, yeah?

I think he'd be such a hero. Seriously, you just look at him and you're like yeaaaaah you'd be a little dirty but so much fun. Yes, please! He'd be a handful for sure. Cocky thing. lol

I wasn't sure what I was going to do with this month's prompt. Share some truths about my life? Eh. I'm fairly open about everything already, right? 

But then I had this lyric get stuck in my head and I thought...yeah lets do that!

It's a great video, too. Rice decided to surprise a fan with a guitar. Music changed his life and he wanted to do the same for a kid that could really use it and picked a little guy who has a bunch of medical issues. It was sweet.

I've been having trouble listening to audiobooks this last month or so and decided to start listening to more music to help me survive cleaning up after the herd. lol

Two fairly different ones today. One that makes me smile and one that most often gets me a little teared up.

I don't post music to the blog too often but thought I'd share some today. My music taste changed a LOT this past year. I got really tired of the attitudes/behavior in mainstream rock/pop and was just...done. And did something I never ever thought I'd do. I turned on some country music. lol

I actually found I like a good bit of modern country. It's a little less twangy, got a little more rock/pop mixed in. And I quite like that fusion. So some favorites as of late...
